How much does it cost to have my Maltese shipped? The cost of shipping within the United States is generally around $325- $350 which includes the cost of the flight, the shipping crate and the flight certificate needed from the veterinarian. This price may change depending upon fuel costs. We will ship anywhere in the Continental US. We require the adoption fee of your puppy and shipping fees to be paid in full before shipping your puppy. Requirements for Shipping your Puppy: -We ship at approximately 8-12 weeks of age. If the puppy is very tiny we would only allow the puppy to be flown in the cabin with you or a friend. If you are from another Country besides the US you can fly with the puppy in the cabin. Some coutries have restrictions on transporting animals so be sure to check with the airlines first. -Puppies must have a Health Certificate issued by a licenesed vet no more than 10 days old. -Record of vaccination and of wormings, Date of birth of the puppy Name, address and phone number of the new owner -Name of the airport (or city/state) you wish the puppy to be shipped to. -Driver's license or other photo ID to claim your puppy at the airport -Crate will need to be big enough for puppy to stand in without touching head on top and have the ability to turn all the way around comfortably -Newspaper or absorbent material must be placed on the bottom of the crate. - The kennel must be equipped with a food and water bowl. -The animal may not be exposed to climates of less than 45 degrees unless there is an acclimation statement from the vet. - Animals over 16 weeks must have its rabies shot current.
